Joseph tirone rejoins the firm’s corporate and securities practice as a partner. He focuses on the energy and natural gas industries in project development and finance transactions. He previously worked for Bracewell & Giuliani. Tirone earned his J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School.

Cho, who focuses on commercial disputes, earned her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law. Smith, who earned her J.D. from Duke Law School, focuses on consumer financial-services matters.
