SAN FRANCISCO — Dentons and Nixon Peabody are bolstering their IP practices in the Valley.
Dentons recruited U.S. Patent and Trademark Office veteran Lissi Mojica and her colleague Kevin Greenleaf from 100-attorney Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner. The pair specializes in post-grant litigation before the PTO, an area boosted by the 2011 America Invents Act.
