Snap Fitness Inc.’s legal department is small in headcount, but the two-attorney department handled an impressive array of deals during the past year.
The Chanhassen, Minn.-based franchiser of 24-hour, affordable gyms has grown to more than 2,000 locations around the globe during the past decade and expanded into additional wellness-related businesses through a series of acquisitions. Inc. magazine recognized Snap Fitness last year as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
