SAN FRANCISCO — Former California State Bar president and longtime Bingham McCutchen partner Raymond Marshall is jumping to Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.

Marshall, who built a national practice focused on high-stakes litigation and internal investigations during his 36-year tenure at Bingham, began in Sheppard Mullin’s San Francisco office on Tuesday. He is joined by litigation partners Krystal Bowen and David Cannon. The trio will be part of the firm’s 40-attorney white-collar and investigations practice.
