William Donovan has joined Cooley as a partner in its litigation department and will head the litigation practice in Los Angeles. He joins from DLA Piper. His practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation, with an emphasis on consumer class action, professional liability and complex commercial cases. He earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1991.
