Zynga GC Devang Shah, 42, joined the social gaming company in 2010 and moved to the top legal spot late last year. In recent months, the San Francisco-based company has been betting on a turnaround, bringing on a new CEO and reorganizing the business, all while legal has batted back patent infringement claims, fought to secure its IP and navigated tricky privacy terrain. Before Zynga, the UC-Berkeley Law grad was in-house at UTStarcom and started his legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
