Foley & Lardnerhas added Francis Burke as a litigation partner in the government enforcement, compliance and white collar defense practice. He will be based in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. Most recently, Burke chaired the Los Angeles litigation department at Seyfarth Shaw, where he also co-led the firm’s national fraud and abuse, false claims and internal investigations team.
