Aon plc, a global provider of risk management and human resources, has appointed Michael Wolf as vice president and chief counsel-corporate. Reporting to the executive vice president and general counsel of the company, Peter Lieb, Wolf will be responsible for managing all global corporate transactions in his new role. This includes mergers, acquisitions, divestures, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
