After nearly a decade as a senior attorney-adviser at the U.S. State Department’s Office of the Legal Adviser, LEE CAPLAN has joined Arent Fox as a Washington, D.C.–based partner. Caplan will focus on international arbitration and dispute resolution, international investment law and policy and public international law matters.
Baker & Hostetler has hired PAMELA JONES HARBOUR as the new coleader of its privacy and data protection team. A former commissioner at the Federal Trade Commission, Harbour joins as a partner focusing on competition and consumer protection law. She most recently worked at Norton Rose Fulbright.
