A Philadelphia trial judge on Monday set bail for Monsignor William J. Lynn at $250,000, pending the state’s appeal of the Superior Court’s reversal of his conviction for endangering the welfare of a child.
In addition to posting 10 percent bail, Lynn has also been ordered to hand over his passport and submit to electronic monitoring and weekly reporting.
