Lee Kelley, 45, has joined Covington & Burling’s Washington office as partner in the firm’s tax practice. Kelley will focus on corporate tax matters. She joins Covington from the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Tax Policy. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden.

Sean Mulcahy, 45, has joined Morrison & Foerster as of counsel to the firm’s corporate finance practice in the Washington office. Mulcahy, who joins the firm from Arbitron Inc., focuses on corporate and securities matters for public companies. He earned his J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law.
