The Abercrombie & Fitch legal department has gone down a size. Senior vice president, general counsel and secretary Ronald Robins Jr. has left the company to return to his former law firm, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease.
Robins had served as Abercrombie’s general counsel, as well as the company’s chief compliance officer, since November 2009. He was previously a partner at Vorys and will be returning to the same role. While at Abercrombie, he was responsible for oversight of the entire international and domestic legal department. He also co-chaired the crisis management committee and participated in Abercrombie’s international expansion efforts.
