Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton added four new associates to the firm’s San Francisco office. Oliver Kroll, who recently earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School, joins the firm’s patent litigation team. Thomas McMahon, a recent graduate from Harvard Law School, joins the firm’s trademark and copyright team. Kevin O’Brien is a new member of Kilpatrick Townsend’s patent litigation team. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk for the Hon. Richard Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He is a graduate from UC-Hastings College of the Law. Darius Samerotte also joins the firm’s patent litigation team. Prior to attending Fordham University School of Law, he was an engineer with Green Hills Software.

Former Lofton & Jennings partners William Lofton and Jacquelynne Jennings have joined Schiff Hardin‘s San Francisco office as partners in the finance and public law groups. Lofton provides legal services in a wide range of finance and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on public finance. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 1981. Jennings concentrates her practice in finance and corporate transactions with a particular emphasis on public finance. She graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1988.
