Duane Morris & Selvam Hires New Director
Duane Morris & Selvam has added a new director.
The firm, the joint law venture between Philadelphia’s Duane Morris and Singapore’s Selvam, has hired former Herbert Smith Freehills partner Geoffrey Grice. A director at Duane Morris & Selvam is equivalent to a partner at other law firms.
Grice advises clients on projects, public-private partnerships and financings in sectors such as energy, resources, and infrastructure.
He had joined the former Freehills in 2009 as a partner. Previously, he was deputy state solicitor for Western Australia for two years, heading a legal team that implemented major infrastructure and PPP projects in the state.
Duane Morris & Selvam has 16 lawyers in its Singapore office, according to the firm’s website.
