Delaware Gov. Jack Markell, Court of Chancery Chancellor Leo E. Strine Jr. and several corporate law attorneys unveiled Tuesday the state’s newest website aimed at enticing foreign business entities to incorporate in Delaware. A portion of the website’s content was created by the Chancery Court’s rules committee.

The site features information on Delaware corporate law in 10 languages, including Arabic, Hebrew, German and Portuguese. Other highlights include a blog that has regularly-posted updates on Delaware law written by members of the state’s bar and email subscription service so individuals can get regular updates delivered to their inbox.
