Fish Will Fly—National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell announced Nov. 6 that former New Jersey lawyer Ted Wells, now a senior partner at New York City’s Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, has been tapped as special counsel for the league’s ongoing examination into the Miami Dolphins locker room harassment allegations.
Dolphins player Jonathan Martin left the team earlier this month to undergo treatment for emotional distress, claiming severe bullying at the hands of his teammates, specifically his fellow offensive lineman Richie Incognito.
