A Harris County jury has returned a verdict finding Houston firm Fleming & Associates should pay Houston lawyers Stephen and Charles Kirklin $660,000 under referral contracts for Fen-Phen litigation.
Plaintiffs’ lawyer Paul Kirklin said the award totals $1,100,992, including $225,000 in attorney fees and prejudgment interest.
