Corning has tapped Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz for counsel on its agreement to buy out Samsung's share of a joint venture between the two companies in a complex transaction that gives the Korean electronics giant a 7.4 percent stake in Corning. Paul Hastings is advising Samsung.
