Sydney firm Addisons has brought aboard a partner from Norton Rose Fulbright.
Arthur Davis is a corporate partner specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Davis first joined Deacons Australia as a partner in 2004 and stayed at the firm through the subsequent mergers that led to Norton Rose Fulbright. Prior to joining Deacons, Davis was a partner at Ernest & Young. He was also previously a partner at the former Middletons Moore & Bevins.
