U.K. private client boutique Withers has relocated a senior London partner to Hong Kong to launch a corporate and finance practice in Asia.
Denis Petkovic, head of Withers’ international finance and projects practice, is moving to Hong Kong to lead the firm’s initiative. He has advised previous clients, including the International Finance Corp. and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, on a variety of deals in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
