Zynga Settles 'Bang With Friends' Trademark Fight

SAN FRANCISCO — For Zynga, this lawsuit ended with a whimper — and a bang.

The creator of the With Friends online gaming franchise settled its trademark infringement case against Bang With Friends Inc. on Monday. And though the terms of the truce were hush-hush, Zynga appears to have scored.
