Hunt & Hunt Adds Melbourne Partner
Mid-sized Australian firm Hunt & Hunt Lawyers has added a Melbourne partner.
Nicholas Miller joins from Clayton Utz, where he was partner advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, foreign investment, and corporate governance. He has also frequently advised not-for-profit organizations.
Miller first joined Clayton Utz 25 years ago and became a partner in 1999.
Hunt & Hunt employs 125 lawyers, including 59 partners, according to its website. The firm has eight Australian offices, as well as one in Shanghai.
