Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu has recruited a senior restructuring lawyer.
Nobuaki Kobayashi will join the Tokyo firm on Oct. 1 from Kobayashi & Associates, the firm he co-founded with his brother in 2000. The brother, Hideaki Kobyashi, also joined Nagashima Ohno as a corporate partner in April.
