CSX Wins Tax Battle with Alabama

CSX and its lawyers at Baker Donelson won a ruling in a long-running tax dispute with Alabama. The Eleventh Circuit found that the state discriminated against the railroad company by forcing it to pay a sales tax on diesel fuel while exempting trucking and barge companies.
