EUGENE NARDELLI, who retired from his position as a justice of New York state court’s appellate division in 2011, is joining the New York office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner as counsel. As reported in sibling publication The New York Law Journal, Nardelli will focus on appellate work and trial tactics.

Bingham McCutchen has bolstered its antitrust and white collar capabilities with the addition of two litigation partners: DARREN TUCKER and MICHAEL WHITLOCK. As reported by sibling publication The Blog of the Legal Times, Tucker, most recently a senior competition adviser at the Federal Trade Commission, and Whitlock, a former Department of Justice antitrust prosecutor, have both joined Bingham’s Washington, D.C., office. Tucker will continue to focus on a wide range of merger and conduct investigations, with a particular emphasis in the health care and technology sectors, while Whitlock focuses on white collar matters.
