Ballard Spahr welcomes JOHN SADLER, a commercial litigator who focuses on the representation of commercial lenders in recruiting matters. The new of counsel will be working from Ballard’s Bethesda, Maryland, office. He was previously a shareholder with Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy, & Ecker.
WILSON EATON III is the latest addition to Burr & Forman’s Mobile, Alabama, office. The new partner will advise clients on various labor and employment matters including collective bargaining and labor arbitration. Most recently, he was a partner with Butler, Snow, OMara, Stevens & Cannada.
