    I commend Debra and Mary and the other Baxter women - they are formidable litigators. A more balanced story, however, would have looked at the ground breaking women on the plaintiff's side of the litigation. I think Baxter made an excellent decision to retain women trial lawyers and that decision stood out when looking at all of the defendants' teams, but both sides had superb women lawyers and that fact is lost in your story.
