A trio of Magic Circle firms—Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Linklaters—joined Skadden and Wachtell, Rosen, Lipton & Katz in the upper echelon on all three lists based on the aggregate value of their corporate clients' transactions.
