Kirkland Lands Roles on Both Sides of CVC Capital's Cerved Purchase

Kirkland & Ellis and a newly launched Italian firm with ties to Dewey & LeBoeuf are representing Bain Capital and Clessidra on their joint sale of Italian business information company Cerved Group for $1.49 billion. The two firms are also advising acquiror CVC Capital Partners on the deal's financing. Italian firm Chiomenti is acting as lead counsel to CVC.
