DAVID RIVKIN and OLEG RIVKIN are the latest additions to Carlton Fields’s New York office. Both join as shareholders in the business litigation and trade regulation group of the Florida-based firm. David Rivkin’s practice focuses on cross-border disputes involving licensing of technology, copyright and trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets, and other intellectual property matters, while Oleg Rivkin specializes in unfair competition, securities fraud, surety bonds, banking, lender liability, antitrust, and asset forfeiture matters. The Rivkins, who are brothers, were last partners with New York firm Fox Horan & Camerini.

Davis Polk & Wardwell is launching a litigation practice in its Hong Kong office with MARTIN ROGERS and JAMES WADHAM from Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance. Both attorneys, who focus on the financial services industry, will be joining Davis Polk “in the near term,” as reported by sibling publication Asian Lawyer. At Clifford Chance, Rogers led the firm’s Asia Pacific disputes group and was cohead of its regional financial regulatory practice. Davis Polk opened in Hong Kong in 1993 and launched a local capital markets practice there in 2010.
