Cravath Loses Bid to Knock Out RMBS Suit Against Credit Suisse

For the second time in four months, a state court judge in Manhattan has allowed a Dutch pension fund and its lawyers at Grant & Eisenhofer to proceed with RMBS claims against a big bank. But the judge threw the banks a major bone, ruling that the fund is bound by strict Dutch time limits that could undermine its case against Credit Suisse and possibly other defendants.
