Arnold & Porter welcomes RICHARD MILLARD as senior counsel in its corporate and securities practices. Formerly a partner at DLA Piper, Millard focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He will be working in the firms San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
TOM MCGONIGLE, chief of staff for Delaware Governor Jack Markell, is heading to Drinker Biddle & Reath. Starting December 10, McGonigle will serve as head of the firm’s Wilmington office and act as outside general counsel.
