    This is how things usually work in regards to law firms helping corporations fulfill whatever mission they are trying to accomplish. The story does not show anything new accept BP needing help to acquire capital to pay down their debt. There is more than likely to be even more capital needed to help pay off their settlements once it's all said and done.
