Baker & Hostetler has recruited two new partners, GERALDINE EDENS and CHRISTOPHER MARRARO, who will join the firm’s litigation group in the energy and biotech sectors. Both attorneys last worked at McKenna Long & Aldridge, where they represented corporate clients on matters related to environmental issues, biotechnology, and energy.
Ballard Spahr has expanded its public finance department with HOLLY HORSLEY, whose practice focuses on municipal transactions and redevelopment projects. Horsley, formerly at GluckWalrath, will be the firm’s first public finance department attorney resident in the New Jersey office.
