Paul Ceglia, who claims that he's entitled to half of Facebook because of an old agreement with founder Mark Zuckerberg, was indicted and arrested at his Buffalo home on Friday. According to the government, Ceglia fabricated and destroyed evidence in the suit he filed against Facebook and Zuckerberg two years ago. The indictment is a vindication for Facebook attorney Orin Snyder of Gibson Dunn, who has consistently maintained that Ceglia is a fraud.
