    Yea, it's self inflicted lol. Because as crime rises, it's a standard rule that you stop prosecuting certain crimes. So is throwing a rock through the school window ok now as long school isn't in session right? So laws should have some kind of order to them so we can move the water mark right? So Williston should be legal for prostition, marijuana and pushing the elderly out of the way if their too slow at the supermarket. If the lawlessness continues we may want to let liability insurance, public intoxication and public urination go. Will this help Williston get back on the right track?

    Seems to me that part of the "crisis" is self-inflicted if they are clogging their courts with stupidity such as prostitution cases. Is marijuana still a felony there too?
