Nine lawyers, including five senior counsel, are acting on a church embezzlement case that has rocked Singapore.
Kong Hee, the founding pastor of Singapores City Harvest Church, a non-denominational ministry with the largest congregation in the city at 33,000 members, is facing charges of misappropriating church funds. Kong is accused of using the money to support the musical career of his wife Ho Yeow Sun, known professionally as Sun Ho.
