Former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida MARCOS JIMENEZ has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the firm’s trial practice.
Jimenez, who previously worked at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, will be based in McDermott’s Miami and New York offices. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations and business litigation. Jimenez’s clients include TD Bank, whom he represents in matters related to former Florida lawyer Scott Rothstein, who is serving prison time over a Ponzi scheme, as reported in sister publication The Daily Business Review.
