Under a plan laid out Wednesday, 709 former Dewey & LeBoeuf partners have until July 24 to agree to pay the bankrupt firm's estate between $25,000 and $3 million apiece or face the potential lawsuits aimed at recovering money earned during their Dewey tenure.

    This settlement may be the best solution for the partners. If the plaintiffs have their way because they are in charge and know the internal matters or at least are supposed to know. They are liable and plaintiffs can possibly go after their personal assets. This deal is basically their only way out from avoiding years of litigation which will end up costing them much more than what they would be paying. http://www.legalfunding.com/
