In a move aimed at expanding its financial institutions practices, Katten Muchin Rosenman has added CRAIG BARBAROSH, BILL FREEMAN, JAN CATE, BRAD WOLF, and KAREN DINE as partners in its New York and Southern California offices.

In his new post, finance restructuring attorney Barbarosh will work out of Katten’s New York and Orange County offices, and serve as a member of firm’s leadership team. Freeman—who along with Cate and Wolf, will be based in Los Angeles—focuses on advising financial institutions and other fiduciaries in workouts and bankruptcy cases. Cate specializes in debt financing and financial restructuring, and Wolf focuses on loan restructuring and workouts. Dine, who is a Chapter 11 reorganization specialist, will be based in New York.
