Khaitan & Co. has added a Delhi competition partner from Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.

Paku Khan specializes in advising Indian companies on antitrust issues arising from overseas investments in the U.S. and Europe. He also advises multinationals on their interests in the Indian market.
Khan moved to India to join Amarchand as director in the firm’s competition practice in 2010. He previously practiced for several years in Ireland, where he was most recently an associate with Dublin law firm A&L Goodbody. From 2003 to 2005, he was a lawyer and case officer with the Irish Competition Authority.
Born in the United States, Khan began his career in Tennessee, where he was an assistant attorney general and also held a number of law firm and in-house positions.
