King & Spalding has announced recent additions to the firm both stateside and abroad. In Washington, D.C., J. CALEB BOGGS III has joined the firm’s government advocacy and public policy practice as a partner. Boggs, whose practice focuses on the financial services industry, arrives from Blank Rome, where he was a partner. In Paris, the firm announced the addition of a team of real estate lawyers from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer that includes partners BENOIT MARCILHACY and PASCAL SCHMITZ and counsel ALEXANDRE COUTURIER.

ROBERT PARKER has joined Baker & McKenzie as a partner in Washington, D.C. Parker, whose practice focuses on intellectual property and international trade matters, most recently practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
