Since David Morley’s election as managing partner in 2003, Allen & Overy’s finances have radically improved even as the firm has expanded its overseas offices. Revenue has increased 73 percent, to a record high of £1.12 billion ($1.76 billion). Average partner profits are up 56 percent, to £1.06 million ($1.7 million) over that period even with a slight increase in the proportion of equity partners and the overseas build out.
