Longtime Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy client JPMorgan Chase is seeking to increase its office space in a downtown Manhattan office tower the bank owns, according to a story this week in The New York Observer.

JPMorgan reportedly wants more room for itself at One Chase Manhattan Plaza, which the New York-based financial services giant was once trying to sell. But Milbank already occupies the top floors of the 60-story office tower, meaning the firm has started the process of looking for new digs with its lease for 350,000 square feet of space set to expire in 2013, The Observer reports.
