Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has boosted its health care practice by hiring two Reed Smith partners in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., expanding its litigation and regulatory bench and adding expertise with health care joint ventures.
Lorin Patterson joined from Reed Smith as a shareholder in Washington on Tuesday, Buchanan Ingersoll said. Patterson advises clients on joint venture planning and development and regularly helps health care clients form doctor-owned specialty hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers.
