Eversheds has hired a litigation partner in Hong Kong from Herbert Smith Freehills.
Rachael Shek has represented Chinese state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and global investment banks in commercial and banking litigation before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal in Hong Kong. She starts in June.
