Latham & Watkins has hired a new corporate partner in Hong Kong.
Yilong Du joins from Goldman Sachs, where he was an executive director and a senior in-house counsel. He represents Chinese companies on their Hong Kong and U.S. listings and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory matters with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
