Big Four auditor Ernst & Young has entered South Korea’s legal market by striking an alliance with local law firm Apex Law.
The 51-lawyer Seoul-based firm is led by managing partner Park Kee Woong and specializes in real estate and construction matters and related litigation and arbitration. Park is now South Korea country head of Ernst & Young legal services. He started Apex Law with partners Min Hong Ki and Kim Dong Yoon, both litigation lawyers, in 2009.
