Baker & McKenzie’s member firm in Singapore, Wong & Leow, has made a new partner-level hire in its capital markets practice.
Chen Yih Pong joins the firm as a principal, which is the equivalent of a partner at other law firms. He was previously a partner at Singaporean firm WongPartnership and advised clients on initial public offerings, share placements, rights issues. He also corporate finance and compliance matters.
