A tax break, if not spring break, has lured White & Case to set up its second global services center in Florida.

The 1,895-lawyer legal giant, fresh off raking in $1.44 billion in gross revenue last year, has moved 45 back-office staff positions to Tampa thanks to about $300,000 in incentives from the Sunshine State. The Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation (THEDC) and White & Case announced the deal in a press release Thursday.
